Who We’re Looking For

We’re not looking for someone who simply stands behind the counter and waits for customers.

We want someone who takes ownership of the store, notices what needs to be done and takes action without always waiting to be told.

When a customer needs help, you step forward.
When products need replenishment, you take action.
When something in the store needs attention, you take ownership.

Most importantly, we want someone who enjoys helping parents and children find the right products, takes pride in maintaining a great store experience, and is willing to continuously learn and grow with Teemi.

If you enjoy interacting with customers, learning about products and taking ownership of your work, we’d love to hear from you.
