Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of trade support claims.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of all submitted trade claims.
• Address and resolve any discrepancies related to trade claims.
• Ensure compliance with the organization’s policies and standards as well as relevant regulations and laws.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address any preliminary queries or requests from auditors.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in trade claim management. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• To provide support to AR function if needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma in Accounting
Fresh graduate/Minimum 2-3 years related experience
Proficiency in MS Excel or/and accounting software
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
