Position : E-commerce Specialist Tenure: 1 year contract renewable basis Working Location : Sunway Pinnacle Working Hour : Standard Salary : RM6500 - RM9000 Job Responsibilities : Manage workflow optimization through automation. Map, plan, and coordinate activities related to workflow. Address workflow/queue related risks, collect feedback, and ensure continuous process improvement. Maintain client platform's store content (titles, descriptions, attributes, etc.) as per client specifications. Coordinate with clients to update product details and price points. Job Requirement Minimum 3 years of E-commerce operations experience, preferably with E-commerce platforms. Proficiency in seller center operations, SKU hygiene checks, and sales analysis. Familiarity with E-commerce Platforms (Marketplaces) and CMSs like SFCC, Magento, Shopify. Ability to maintain store content per client specifications and optimize workflows through automation.
