The 5 star Iconic Marjorie Hotel, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel (Marriot International), is expected to open in September 2024, with distinctive 298 guest rooms and suites, an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby lounge and a pool bar. In addition to more than 2,000 square meters of meeting and event space, the hotel will also include 1,800 square meters of recreation and leisure facilities, including a pool, spa and fitness center.
