Provide support on the full spectrum of Compensation & Benefits functions, including performance management, budget planning, benefit and insurance administration, payroll administration, leave management, flexi-benefit administration, and related activities to ensure alignment with corporate strategic goals and objectives.
Manage and propose suitable HRIS and Payroll systems for the Company.
Perform salary and benefits benchmarking and analysis, including market survey participation, annual salary review proposals, budgeting exercises, and monitoring industry salary trends.
