Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: 1.1 Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the smartphone services industry. 1.2 Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions. 1.3 Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to source candidates. 1.4 Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations. Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new hires. 2. Employee Relations and Engagement: 2.1 Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. 2.2 Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies. 2.3 Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and foster a positive work culture. 2.4 Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement. 3. Training and Development: 3.1 Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. 3.2 Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars both internally and externally. 3.3 Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements. 3.4 Provide career development support and opportunities for employees to enhance their professional growth within the organization. 4. Compensation and Benefits Administration: 4.1 Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives. 4.2 Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to compensation and benefits. 4.3 Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits. 4.4 Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries and issues. 5. HR Administration and Compliance: 5.1 Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies. 5.2 Prepare and distribute HR-related reports and documentation as needed. 5.3 Stay informed about changes in HR regulations and industry trends, and make recommendations for policy updates or changes as necessary. QUALIFICATIONS: - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field - Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - Proven track record of building and maintaining positive employee relations. - Experience working in the technology or smartphone services industry is a plus.
