1. Record and key in data such as key in incoming and outgoing letter; 2. Preparation of performance appraisal documents for staffs; 3. Assist in preparation for walk-in and online interview; 4. Assist in advertising job vacancy in Jora, Indeed and My Future Jobs system; 5. Assist in recording all filing related Human Resource matters; 6. Responsible in the registration of fingerprint for new staff/new internship students and record in the attendance system; 7. Assist in updating employee profile for new staff/resigned staff in the Human Resource system; 8. Assist in updating and tagging on the new asset company; 9. Assist in the preparation for internal or external training session; 10. Responsible in answering incoming and outgoing calls; 11. Assist in creating and publish memo to all staff through Human Resource system; 12. Assist in creating formal letter to staffs and clients; 13. Assist in the preparation of Human Resource documentation including scanning, photocopy and tagging file; 14. Handling administration job and front desk office; 15. Dealing with Telekom Malaysia regarding Internet Network problem; and 16. Assist Human Resource Executive related to ongoing assessment from time to time.
