As a Business Development & Operations Intern, you will work directly with the founder to support the growth of an innovative startup introducing walking-assist exoskeletons to Singapore. You will be involved in business development, administrative operations, retail and e-commerce support, project planning, event management and process improvement. Your responsibilities include developing and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), planning project timelines, coordinating and improving the Move It Well Discovery Walk programme, supporting customer engagement initiatives, conducting market research, and assisting with day-to-day business operations. You will also be expected to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, research, documentation and problem-solving. This internship begins with a one-month trial. Ths internship offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder, gain hands-on startup experience, and make a real impact by helping build a new business from the ground up. Outstanding interns may be offered an extension or future opportunities as the company grows with the possibility of extension based on performance. There may also be opportunities to travel to Singapore to support business activities and events.
