Ensure the production team adheres to workmanship standards, quality requirements, and assembly procedures.4. Responsible for daily resource planning of the production team to meet delivery schedules.5. Monitor production build progress, take necessary corrective actions, and provide timely reports to senior management.6. Maintain high 6S standards and ensure cleanliness, organization, and discipline on the production floor.7.
