Sales Executive (Experiences in Hotel Line)
Proactive Sales: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including travel agencies, corporate partners, and event planners. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Reservation Management: Handle room reservations, including group bookings and special packages. Utilize hotel management software to manage rates, availability, and occupancy to optimize revenue.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Provide personalized service to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Analysis and Customer Avatar Profiling: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis. Identify various customer avatars for the business and tailor offers and packages to suit the specific needs and preferences of each segment.
Sales Trips: Plan and execute sales trips to target markets, attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase the hotel's offerings and secure new business.
Collaborative Approach: Work closely with the front office team, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Coordinate with other sales team members to cross-promote hotel offerings.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on sales performance, revenue trends, and reservations. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for growth.
