- Min 5 years in marketing. Healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory

• Develop, plan and carry out strategic marketing campaigns
• Responsible in achieving individual and zone targeted new student recruitment numbers
• Assist in registration process.
• Report daily/weekly progress marketing activities to Assistant Manager.
• Work with the marketing and product team together with platform coordinators to ensure accuracy and completeness in coverage and information.
• Achieve sales and revenue target based on assigned portfolio.
• Ensure proper arrangement of documentation, records & filings
• Assist in preparing reports
• Responsible and professional in handling confidential information.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors
• Perform other duties as required by the Manager or Management
Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Marketing/ Business Management/ Administration or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is required for this position
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess own transport.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Organised, independent and result-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Excellent in a variety of tasks and pays attention to detail.
• Confidence in delivering a presentation.
• Computer literate
• High degree of analytical skills with good working knowledge of PC software applications
• Able to interact with different levels of employees & multitasking.
• Energetic with a can do mindset
• Adaptable, independent and solve problems when they arise
• Preferably with recruitment experience
• Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency
