Duties & responsibilities
-Monitor, coordinate, prepare and compile submission documents for Pre-Qualification and Tendering Process.
-Assist in checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions.
-Prepare, summarize and update the list of current and upcoming tenders
-Updating and tracking the tender master list.
-Assist site personnel and subcontractor with their materials requirements and arrange delivery of materials to project site and etc.
-Monitor and follow up on all claims, relevant supporting documentation and records ensuring on timely basis.
-To update project Daily Site Report/ Weekly Report/ Monthly Report.
-To handle daily general operation and provide administrative support to the
-Project Department in maintaining proper filing system, general administrative works, necessary project documentations.
-Preparation of documents for ISO submission (ISO 9001 : 2015) and monitoring on the ISO implementation within other/all department.
-Assist in registration as new supplier/update existing supplier document
-Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying.
-Any other job scope assigned by the management from time to time.
Skills & Qualifications
-Candidates must possess at least SPM, STPM, A Level, Pre – U, Professional certificate, Diploma or equivalent more than 2 years working in similar field.
-Good working knowledge of Pre and Post Contract works.
-Good working knowledge and experience in ISO documents implementation.
-Exposure to Mechanical & Electrical field will be added advantage.
-Able to work independently under tight schedule with minimum supervision.
-Able to communicate in regards to the projects with others involved.

To perform administrative work involving staff claims, payments to crews and freelance workers, credit card expenses checks and reconciliation, assignment of emails and and IT related passwords and access and operations of in house company operations software platforms and day to day office administrative and upkeep activities.
To control and monitor the expiry date of company insurance, road tax and vehicle insurance.
