1. Responsible for supporting packaging engineering initiatives and processes from concept to production stages.
2. Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth implementation of packaging designs, providing guidance and support during the production process.
3. Work with and support TransPak team members from various countries in Asia, US, and other divisions.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product designers, engineers, and marketing to gather requirements and understand product specifications.
5. Analyze drawings and specifications of product to determine physical characteristics of item and types of materials required for packaging.
6. Troubleshoot new and existing packaging problems involving designs, materials, and processes to enhance packaging designs and optimize production efficiency.
7. Interact with customers to understand their requirements, provide technical support, and address concerns.
8. Collaborate with suppliers to source and qualify materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
9. Evaluate and select packaging suppliers; periodically conduct vendor reviews.
10. Maintain accurate documentation of packaging designs, specifications, and testing results.
11. Assist and participate in the audit process and meeting.
12. Any others task assigned by the HOD from time to time.
13. Understand on the requirements for a QMS, including documented information, planning and determining process interactions.
