Responsibilities
. Responsible for the full payroll functions of selected companies
. Provide support in leave administration, employee benefits administration, medical claims, work pass applications, WICA, etc.
. Support the consolidation of HR reports / analysis for the Group and generate statistical reports as and when required
. Supervise and ensure proper maintenance and control of employees' data
. Provide end to end recruitment support for all levels of staff, including job advertisement positing, screening and interview scheduling
. On-boarding preparation and orientation
. Managing employee relations, such as grievance handling, disciplinary issues and attending to feedbacks or complaints
. Managing employee exit in a sensitive manner during exit clearance and interviews in preparation for off-boarding
. Assist in ad-hoc HR Project and any other assigned duties
Requirement
. Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
. Minimum 1- 2 years of related working experience
. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills / easily connects with people
. Knowledge in payroll software, those with knowledge in using of InfoHRIS would be an added advantage
. Working knowledge of labor regulations and statutory guidelines
. Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work with minimum supervision
