Execute the full employment lifecycle, including but not limited to talent sourcing, assessment, selection, candidate interviews, reference checks, onboarding, and exit processes for all categories of employees, including permanent, contract, and interns.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, align recruitment strategies with business objectives, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
