Recruitment Support (For Clients) • Post job vacancies on behalf of clients on job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, JobStreet, etc.) • Screen resumes and match candidates to client job descriptions • Conduct initial phone screenings (basic questions: availability, salary expectation, experience)• Coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring managers • Maintain candidate tracking sheet with status updates (shortlisted, interviewed, offered, placed) B. Internal Agency Operations • Track intern tasks and deadlines using Google Sheets C. Client Communication Support • Follow up with candidates after client interviews for feedback
