1.0 Ensure that QA manpower utilization is properly managed. 1.1 Planning and monitoring quality control for daily activities. 1.2 Check daily QA inspection result and per-shipment inspection result. 1.3 Conduct spot check at QA, Production and Packing. 1.4 Practice good housekeeping concept and ensure cleanliness in the QA workstation area. 1.5 Ensure all QA documents and records are submitted to the supervisor. 1.6 Assist QA/ PQC Supervisor to monitor the QA/ PQC inspectors in daily QA operation to ensure the QA progress run smoothly. 1.7 Witness sealing activities and ensure all documents and records are sufficient. 1.8 Preparing and record samples for customers. 1.9 Responsible for organizing and monitoring daily QA inspection activities. 1.10 Ensure that the products after production are inspected in accordance to established quality standard. 1.11 Ensure QA Inspection and tests according to SOP requirements. 1.12 Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly quality reports. 1.13 Preparation Pre-shipment Reports. 1.14 To liaise with production for quality issue. 1.15 Ensure the product quality meet the quality standards set by the company. 1.16 Check the attendance, extra overtime and make arrangement. 1.17 Update yesterday’s performance, LAR, failure lots status, housekeeping and outstanding. 1.18 To ensure the testing equipment in good condition. 1.19 Update and revise form QA, Specification, and others. 1.20 Any other duties may be assigned from time to time.

Job Descriptions: This role is to ensure that the final product observes the company's quality standards. In general, s/he is responsible for the development and implementation of inspection activities, the detection and resolution of problems, and the delivery of satisfactory outcomes. 1. To plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables 2. To assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, environmental and health and safety goals/KPIs 3. To analyze and investigate product / customer complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements 4. To develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaints 5. To assist in continual improvement of quality system in accordance with BRC & MS1480 requirements and monitoring risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development 6. To provide training and support to quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes 7. To conduct internal departmental audit quarterly as per defined guidelines. 8. To prepare, input and submit document data which include but not limited to CPAR summary (every 3 months), raw material & packaging material specification updates, Customer Questionnaire and more. 9. To ensure all latest controlled and approved documents are kept in good order and uploaded to the shared folder from time to time. 10. To undertakes other responsibilities as and when assigned from time to time. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or equivalent 2. Atleast 2-3 years’ of working experience in Quality Assurance. Having experience in Food Industry is an added advantage. 3. Excellent computer competence, including database management 4. Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools 5. Analytical, problem-solving, and sharp attention to details 6. In-depth understanding of food industry standards and company policies 7. Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision 8. Able to sit, stand and walk around for long hours at a time 9. Must be willing to be based in Pulau Indah, Selangor
