Responsibilities:
Perform all kinds of inspection activities (eg. receiving, in-process, final, FAI, jigs & fixtures inspection).
Perform sorting/screening whenever necessary.
Perform preventive maintenance for measurement equipment as necessary.
Support calibration and GR&R activity whenever necessary.
Compile inspection report for all kinds of inspection activities including First Article (FAIR), Mass Production (MP), Jigs/Fixtures and Failure Analysis.
Attend scheduled training whenever necessary.
Communicate with all areas of operations.
Generate bubble drawing whenever necessary.
Requirements:
Ability to operate basic hand-held measurement equipment (eg. caliper, micrometer, pin gauge, height gauge etc).
Ability to perform all kinds of inspection activities (eg. receiving, in-process, final, FAI, jigs & fixtures inspection).
Ability to operate CMM and Vision Measurement System (Smartscope) would be added advantage.
Read and write basic English.
Able to perform basic mathematics calculations.
Able to read and understand customer drawing and specifications
Able to interpret basic GD&T.

• Responsible for performing the required CQA inspections on module/board/system level assemblies with the overall processing emphasis placed on quality and continuous improvement

• Authority to perform all applicable CQA processes
Primary Functions/Major Responsibilities:
• Performs inspection on incoming materials against IPC standards and incoming specification
• Performs required TEST inspection and VISUAL inspection on all product processed by Plexus
• Verifies product conformity against process and product documentation
• Reporting quality issues in production
• Provide training and guidance to new QA inspector

Job Responsibilities: -
The QC Inspector performs a sampling inspection of the product and releases the product on a timely basis.
- Verify the information provided on the packing list with physical count to ensure incoming accuracy.
- Performs an inspection of incoming raw materials and/or components for conformance and document results per protocols in SOP, then generate acceptance labels.
- Prepare documentation and perform finished product/outgoing inspections per requirements. Document the inspection results on a timely basis in the relevant QC records.
- Release product on a timely basis to the next process, report non-conforming materials/components to Quality Manager.
- Support on sample evaluations during verifications/validations run
- Support on customer evaluations or complaint investigation
- Review and approve label inspection for the work order.
- Minimum SPM graduate with 2 years of relevant working experience as a QC Inspector in the manufacturing industry
- Diploma fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
