Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead a small team in conducting quality control processes throughout the manufacturing cycle.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective training programs for operators.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and address areas for improvement in the manufacturing process.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with various departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality documentation.
Qualifications:
• Diploma or above.
• 3 years of working experience in an OEM/ODM Company within electrical or mechanical manufacturing, with a preference for experience in quality control.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written. Good trainer capability is a plus.
• Good eyesight, preferably with vision 1.0 or above.
Responsible for the Quality Control of incoming product, in-process product and pre-delivery product as required under related procedure.
Assist supervisor to identify non-confirming product in storage.
Custodian of all testing records, calibration and verification records and ensure compliance of Q.C. related procedure.- Identify and report bugs and glitches.
