Job Description
Acquisition and having business negotiation with customers in the field of the Semiconductor industry
Building up the new key account platform to expand the sales efforts
Presentation of the company's products to the customers
Creating offers and having contract negotiations with business partners for general agreements
Working with the technical support team to resolve technical questions or develop solutions for the customers
Observation and analysis of potential customers, markets and competitors
Creating the sales plan and strategy
Coordinating special marketing activities, such as fairs, trade shows, etc.
Controlling and supporting the projects according to the customer's needs
Coordinating the customer's orders
Job Requirement
At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Semiconductor industry
Good general PC Skills (MS-Office) and PC-knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Sales-oriented thinking, strong attention to details, and a structured and efficient way of working
Microelectronics engineering and Electrical engineering are preferable
Traveling for overseas work trip
Very good communication skills to effectively interact with clients and co-workers
Past work experience in wafer test/final test related products for the semiconductors industry are preferable

Sales account managers serve as intermediators between clients and the organisation, managing both sales and long term relations with the client. They have knowledge about products and services and develop contracts with customers.

Formulate and execute sales plan in line with company long term and mid-term goals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. A people person and team player that works well with leaders of other functions to achieve the common goals of Ademco.
Reporting to the Superior-in-charge, you will be responsible for the support, promotion of the company sales and marketing activities which are or will be handled by Kumpulan Abex Sdn Bhd in your assigned territory.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage sales and marketing resources according to agreed sales target assigned.
- Plan and implement marketing strategy, including products and accounts assigned according to marketing plan, action plan and assessment designed by management
- Plan and implement existing and new customer development, by pushing products via different marketing approaches, initiatively, creatively, and innovatively.
- Establish good rapport; maintain and develop long term relationship with customers.
- Participate in workshops, exhibitions, roadshows and seminars in an active role as a presenter.
- Manage project awarded and ensure every aspect of the project is covered and completed within the customer’s requirement.
- Prepare sales proposals/ quotations and prompt responses to customers and ensure proper tracking of all opportunities.
- Prospecting and developing new clients.
- Responsible for debt collection on invoicing value.
- Be aligned with the company’s business plan to execute sales goals, objectives and strategies to achieve the target revenue.
Pre-requisites:
- Candidate must possess a Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic/Telecommunication/ Photonics Engineering)/ Physics or equivalent.
- This is an OUTDOOR TECHNICAL SALES position. Candidate must be willing to travel within Malaysia to visit customers and other countries for a business event or training purposes.
- Candidate must possess own car transport.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant Sales experience.
- Good command of English, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Well self-presentation, well-groomed business etiquette, good communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of people.
- Proactive, self-motivated, independent and result-oriented with a drive to achieve targets set.
