Diploma / Degree in any discipline
Minimum 3 years of Sales & Marketing in Industrial Sales

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Manage sales program based on the assigned market segments through multi-level sales and marketing campaign.
2. Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
3. Coordinates all aspects of special events/projects/promotions as it relates to each market segment, including planning, developing, and implementing programs, budget management and evaluation of the success of each event.
4. Stay abreast of market and industry changes and recommend adjustments to all market segment programs.
5. Prepare and coordinate sales trips including travel arrangements, planning sales calls and strategies for each venue, and preparing collateral material.
6. Ensure that accurate databases for all market segments are developed and maintained and that materials are properly distributed to clients on a timely basis.
