- Production Planning & Execution: Develop and implement efficient production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines while minimizing downtime.People Management: Lead, train, and manage a team of supervisors, line leaders, and production operators through effective coaching, delegation, and motivation.Quality & Compliance: Ensure all products strictly adhere to food safety regulations and quality standards including HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, and HALAL.
