Discover, suggest, and put into action improvements to processes, systems, tools, and methodologies for talent sourcing through networking and collaboration with pertinent internal and external stakeholders. Conduct benchmarking activities to ensure prompt sourcing and screening of talents in alignment with business objectives and strategy. Stay updated on recruitment market trends, leverage insider knowledge, and identify new talent sources to seize opportunities for talent acquisition.
