Discover, suggest, and put into action improvements to processes, systems, tools, and methodologies for talent sourcing through networking and collaboration with pertinent internal and external stakeholders. Conduct benchmarking activities to ensure prompt sourcing and screening of talents in alignment with business objectives and strategy.
