Moulding Technician

To plan, implement, direct and control all aspect of the maintenance operation and its safety. Plan and manage spare parts inventory to ensure critical parts are available immediately. Provide technical advice for Maintenance Department. To lead a team of maintenance workforce to achieve optimum yield and reduce machine down time. To troubleshoot and to provide technical support for all general production activities. To plan and enforce maintenance schedule on all machineries/equipments. To identify and recommend a course of action to be taken to ensure machineries/equipments quality standard are met. To prepare and review maintenance schedule output and ensure all documentations on the sections daily performance are recorded and reviewed. Source and recommend new technology for the development of the department. Prepare and analyze maintenance report. Capable of process upgrading machineries/equipments efficiency. To implement regulations set under ISO, HACCP, Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) for the plant. Work hand in hand with internal and external laboratory on matter related to water treatment plant and requirements set by Department of Environment (DOE). To ensure water treatment plant always in fully operational and take measure on cost cutting. Liaise with respective government sector on environmental & occupational safety and health issues.
