- Programming of mobile and portable radios (training will be provided). - Organise and pack radio kits for shipment. - Assist with occasional, local off-site package deliveries using company vehicle. - Data entry into MS Excel spreadsheets and MS Word forms to include barcode scanning. - Assist with stock take and maintaining accuracy of subscriber inventory. - Assist with receiving, handling and dispatching subscriber goods coming into, or going out of the warehouse. - Pick and pack radio system parts/kits for customer specifications. - Assist with occasional unloading/loading of pallets on/off trucks with walk behind forklift (training provided- no ticket necessary) - Responsible for assisting engineer to perform test and validation on highly sophisticated communication products for professional commercial market during product development. Requirement: - Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related area. - Familiar with soldering and rework. - Familiar with LTE/RF knowledge will be added advantage. - Familiar with equipment such as power supply, signal generator, audio analyzer. - Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills. - Able to work well with cross-functional teams. - Working Experience: 1 - 3 years.

a) To perform daily tracking and monitoring electrical power consumption of the plant. b) To perform weekly test run two units of 415 volt 50 Hz 400 KVA standby diesel generator sets and fire water pumps. c) To perform routine maintenance, preventive maintenance and trouble shooting for electrical installation including generator sets, HVAC, chimney exhaust fan, vacuum system, air compressor and sprinkle system. d) To participate actively in facilities cost reduction program e.g. energy saving program. For shift duty, after office hour, switch off unnecessary lighting and air conditioning package units. e) To perform minor electrical installation such as relocation of power points. f) To ensure all conduit work, cable sizing, cabling harness, continuity, polarity, phase rotation, cabling insulation with testing records are carried out and complied with latest Energy Commission of Malaysia ( Suruhanjaya Tenaga) regulations, including CCTV, telephone and data network cabling. g) To participate actively with plant shut down activities. All related works is completed according to safety and statuary requirement. h) To carry out yearly earthling resistance testing (two times a year) and record the data i) To perform daily tracking and monitoring water consumption and environmental monitoring of production lines. Observes for leakage at all utilities services pipeline. j) To carry out any other works as assigned by supervisor.

Candidate must have Certificate SPM or Diploma and above in Electronics or Electrical - SKM 1 or 11. Min 1 years of working in an Electronic Manufacturing environment. Collaboration: Coordinate with other technicians, engineers, and production staff to prioritize maintenance tasks, share knowledge and expertise, and support overall operational efficiency. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns or emergencies, troubleshoot problems on-site, and implement temporary solutions to minimize downtime until permanent repairs can be completed.

Work experience ( including technical/ professional training and qualification ) . • Minimum 2 years’ working experience in facility maintenance & operation. • Exposed in electrical system & able to read electrical circuit diagram and also equipment fault troubleshooting. • Good understanding and exposure of facility system operations and maintenance. • Able to perform duties with minimal supervision and in a safely manner. • To ensure preventive maintenance & update maintenance checklist for all facilities systems are carried out according to schedule as routine job. • To assist Engineer in supervising & monitoring at all facility system operations & uptime. • To assist Engineer in any improvement projects. • To assist Engineer in supervising renovation, upgrading & equipment hook up installation work and ensure on-time delivery as per contract requirements. • To troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns promptly. Under urgent cases, the technician shall be required to work outside normal hours. • To ensure all tools, equipment, consumable items and spare parts are properly stored, cleaned and handled based on First-in-First-out basis. • To ensure facility systems and working environment are compliant to EHS requirement.

Job Responsibilities Support installation of high-volume automated assembly, test equipment and tooling used in the production of 3D cell architecture. Ensure that equipment set up and maintained for continuous production of quality products. Read and understand technical manuals for equipment operations and maintenance. Carry out planned preventive maintenance. Troubleshoot machine problems and breakdowns and ensure that machines are repaired with minimum downtime. Ensure that all machine records and documentation are completed according to procedures after repairs/maintenance have been carried out. Assist engineer to support engineering projects to drive the continuous equipment improvements. Analyze root causes of equipment failures and propose corrective actions. Perform regular inspections to identify and correct equipment malfunctions, repairs and replacements. Effectively communicate and publish daily equipment pass down. Job Requirements Minimum of 3+ years of experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or any related field in engineering or equivalent experience Desire to work in a dynamic and highly creative work environment. Experience with battery production or automated assembly equipment will be added advantage. Strong troubleshooting skills of automation components; PLCs, pneumatics, motors, digital and analog IO, temperature controllers, etc. Good computer skills, such as Microsoft Words and Excel - demonstrate ability to organize and summarize data using Excel Spreadsheet Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
