1. Provide and transfer the technical know-how on mold maintenance to tool makers.

2. Interface with external supplier to provide timely delivery of replacement mold parts and spare parts.

3. Implementation of scheduled mold preventive maintenance program for all active molds.

4. Carry out daily mold conversion, mold repairs, mold servicing and mold overhaul as per plan schedule.

5. To record and maintain all necessary tooling departments’ quality records after each mold action.

6. Perform 5 ‘S to keep maintains the workplace cleanliness and safety.

7. Responsible to fulfill guideline ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, IATF16949:2016, AS9100:2016.

8. To undertake others assigned by superior from time to time.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
