Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
Handle and maintain a full set of accounts using an ERP system.
Prepare monthly closing reports and financial reports.
Prepare audit schedules and support audit requirements.
Handle GST reporting and related documentation.
Assist with tax computation and tax analysis.
Assist in setting up processes for Maritime Sector Incentive – Approved International Shipping (MSI-AIS) or Global Trader Programme (GTP) implementation.
Ensure transactions are accurately posted to the correct revenue and cost centres.
Support accounting and tax-related processes in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience with
MSI-AIS or GTP
, including setup, implementation and audit.
Prior experience with
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
is an advantage.
Strong full-set accounting experience, preferably within the
shipping/maritime industry
.
Able to work independently and manage accounting responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
