We're Hiring: Project Manager | ITG Singapore
ITG is looking for a Project Manager to take
full ownership of client implementations from kick-off to closure.
You will be the escalation point throughout the project life cycle and the person who keeps scope, timeline and budget on track.
We work as one team across Practice, Sales and Finance. We value integrity in every dealing, accountability that comes with real collaboration, and a commitment to excellence. Our projects are expected to deliver value safely, sustainably, and with minimal friction for the client and for our own people.
What you will do:
Lead projects end to end:
kick-off, implementation plan, critical path, customer acceptance and closure
Propose and monitor project budgets,
and approve change orders when needed
Manage
Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies (RAID),
with clear mitigation plans and timely escalation of critical blockers
Track cross-team and cross-system dependencies
to prevent delivery bottlenecks
Secure stakeholder sign-off
on key documentation, including Business Process Requirements and Configuration Documents
Support
training, business reviews, configuration, data migration, and onsite/offsite client assistance
Ensure
clean handovers
to support team, including documentation and knowledge transfer
What you bring:
At least 5 years of project management experience, with a preference for 3 or more years implementing IT products, services or solutions
At least 1 full-cycle ERP implementation
A degree in a business- or computer-related course
A project management certification is preferred (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
Strong stakeholder management and clear, confident communication, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities with strong attention to detail
