Tanggungjawab

We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to support business initiatives, system enhancements, and digital transformation projects across multiple areas of expertise.


Open Positions:

  • Business Analyst – CRM
  • Business Analyst – Technical
  • Business Analyst – AI
  • Business Analyst – AS400 / IBM i
  • Business Analyst – Project Management Exposure


Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Conduct gap analysis, identify process improvements, and support solution implementation.
  • Support UAT, system enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to track requirements, deliverables, and timelines, where applicable.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
  • Relevant expertise in at least one of the listed specializations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions.
  • Experience in financial institutions, banking, or fintech is a plus.
