Job Summary
A Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager oversees culinary and service operations across restaurant, bar, and banquet departments, driving profitability, managing resources, ensuring sanitation compliance, leading staff recruitment and training, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate culinary and service teams in restaurant, bar, and banquet departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Manage budgets and control inventory to optimize profitability and reduce waste
Enforce strict sanitation standards by monitoring hygiene practices and compliance with health codes
Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain high service quality and operational efficiency
Design and refine menus to meet customer preferences and enhance dining experiences
Deliver exceptional guest service by resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction
Apply strong organizational skills to plan and execute events and service schedules effectively
