Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Assistant to support marketing activities for our F&B and retail businesses. The role involves social media management, content creation, campaign coordination, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.

• Manage social media content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

• Create engaging content, including photos, videos, captions, and promotional materials.

• Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns, and in-store promotions.

• Work closely with café and retail outlet teams to implement marketing activities.

• Support customer engagement activities and loyalty programmes.

• Conduct market research and monitor competitors and industry trends.

• Coordinate with designers, influencers, vendors, and external partners when required.

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.

• Ensure all marketing materials follow brand guidelines.

• Perform other marketing duties as assigned by Management.
