Contract Period: From 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

•Mondays to Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm

•Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Requirements:

The Personnel should preferably have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

•Minimum GCE O-level educations

•Good communication and inter-personal skills

•Proficient in MS Office

•At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position in local schools

•A team player who works well with other colleagues

Job Scopes：

The Services required are set out as follows:

1.Reception duties – Handle calls (within 3 rings), walk-in enquiries, goods receiving, school mails, parcels dispatch etc.

2.Retreive phone messages and inform respective personnel (first thing in the morning).

3.Attending and addressing pupils’ needs.

4.Assist staff in the loaning of resources.

5.Assist staff in the conducting of surveys.

6.Sorting and ensuring the uniform cupboards is neat and tidy.

7.Any other admin duties or task assigned by Admin Manager (AM), Admin Executive (AE), Operations Manager (OM), School Leaders (SLs) and Key Personnel (KPs).

8.The School may request staff to be involved in urgent and important duties, e.g. During Evacuation, Emergencies.
