We are looking for a reliable, resourceful and independent Software Support Specialist to support our growing Client base.

This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of customer issues, communicates confidently and actively finds solutions without needing constant supervision.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be the first point of contact for customers using our HRMS, Accounting and business software solutions. You will manage support cases from initial enquiry through to resolution while ensuring customers receive clear, timely and professional assistance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, remote and on site support sessions
• Take ownership of support cases and follow through until they are resolved
• Perform full system setup of HRMS/Payroll/Accounting Software purchased by Clients
• Conduct training and onboarding
• To maintain proper record on project documentations and keep track on the dateline.
• To provide exceptional customer service. Candidate must be able to handle these interactions with empathy and professionalism in addressing day to day User inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• To assist Commercial Team during technical discussion with Clients.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related field
• Must posses atleast 2–3 years of Solid experience in software support, application support and user support
• Familiarity with HRMS, payroll, Accounting, ERP or cloud-based software is a MUST
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Able to work independently, prioritise tasks and manage multiple support cases
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Patient, customer-focused and composed when handling difficult situations
• Comfortable conducting online training and explaining technical matters in simple language
• Knowledge of AI tools and applications will be an added advantage
