Kelayakan
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in project administration, procurement, or logistics is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic documentation and record keeping.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Able to liaise with suppliers and coordinate multiple orders and deliveries.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
Tanggungjawab
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs), and follow up on approvals and delivery status.
- Coordinate local and overseas suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on time and meet project requirements.
- Arrange and monitor logistics, including shipment schedules, delivery arrangements, and import documents where applicable.
- Liaise with suppliers, forwarders, and project teams regarding orders, deliveries, and any delays or discrepancies.
- Source suppliers, obtain quotations, compare prices, and assist with procurement and tender submissions.
- Track orders, maintain purchasing records, and update procurement and delivery schedules.
- Check delivered materials against purchase orders and delivery orders; coordinate resolution of shortages or damaged items.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with stock checks and warehouse coordination.
- Provide day-to-day project and administrative support, including document filing and record keeping.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
