Contract: 1 year (Renewable/Convertible)
Working Location: Changi Airport
Working Hours: 2 days’ work, 2 days off shift cycle (8:30am to 8:30pm & 8:30pm to 8:30am) Must commit both shift
Salary: $2850
Job Responsibilities:
Implement seasonal schedules and ensure real-time operational database updates
Prepare Sitrep and operational reports for internal and external stakeholders
Update Baggage and Flight Information Displays
Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and real-time operational issues
Coordinate with Engineering Baggage Control Room on operational changes
Monitor baggage presentation performance and mishandling KPIs
Conduct joint inspections with relevant stakeholders
Coordinate VIP flights and exception handling
Attend on-site incidents and conduct investigations
Job Requirements:
Minimum Higher Nitec with any relevant education
Experience in an airline/airport operations environment (preferably 2 years of experience)
Must be on-site in the baggage handling area
Prefer to have Class 3 driving license to drive the baggage truck
Must be able to work shift and weekends
