hiring an ads strategist, fully remote

scope
- strategise new ads based on data from the meta ads manager and lead interactions
- write the copy (ad creative & ad caption), and logic behind the approach/direction/strategy you decide to take

requirements
- has experience being part of the strategic process behind meta lead gen campaigns with minimally >5 figures in ad spend
- understands copywriting on a deep level and what makes cold traffic convert
- preferably proficient with asana

if you qualify i'll either get you to replace someone from my current team or you'll be kiv and instantly brought on once i need more ppl, which one depends on your proficiency
