Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to develop marketing strategies, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage digital marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Develop promotional activities to increase sales.
  • Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports.
  • Lead and coordinate the marketing team.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and target-oriented.
  • Experience in retail, fashion, or e-commerce is an advantage.
