Job Summary

We're looking for enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our team. You'll connect with customers, follow up on company-provided leads, coordinate appointments, and build strong customer relationships. No prior experience is required. Training and guidance will be provided to help you develop your sales and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily sales activities and customer engagement.
• Contact and follow up with company-provided leads.
• Communicate with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate appointments and customer follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales records.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales campaigns.
• Work with teammates to achieve sales targets and deliver a positive customer experience.

Job Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable meeting new people and building relationships.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
• Interested in sales, personal development, and achieving goals.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
• Minimum qualification of GCE A-Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma, Singapore Polytechnic Diploma, or equivalent.
• Must meet the applicable eligibility requirements for the role in Singapore.
