Tanggungjawab

A Project Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to ensure work is completed on time, within scope, and according to requirements.

Project Coordinator – Job Scope

  • Coordinate daily project activities and ensure work progresses according to the project schedule.
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project milestones.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Arrange manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources required for project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, records, and correspondence.
  • Attend project/site meetings and follow up on outstanding matters and action items.
  • Monitor project progress and promptly report delays, problems, or changes to the Project Manager.
  • Coordinate delivery of materials and ensure required items are available according to the work schedule.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, purchase requests, work orders, variation orders, and other project-related documents.
  • Ensure project works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
  • Coordinate site inspections, testing, handover, and rectification works where required.
  • Liaise with relevant parties to resolve operational and technical coordination issues.
  • Ensure contractors and workers follow company procedures and workplace safety requirements.
  • Maintain proper records of project costs, materials, manpower, and work progress.
  • Perform other project coordination and administrative duties assigned by management.
