About the role
The Business Development Executive is responsible for supporting the business growth of End User Computing (EUC) offerings. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to craft solution proposals, support tender responses, and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors. The individual plays a vital role in aligning solutions to customer needs and gathering competitive pricing and product information.

What You'll Be Doing
Solution Proposal Support: Assist in preparing solution proposals, costings, and responses to tenders and RFPs in alignment with client needs.
Technical Coordination: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically viable and tailored to customer requirements.
Vendor and Partner Engagement: Engage with vendors and partners to gather product details, updates, and competitive pricing for solution design.
Customer Relationship Management: Follow up with prospective leads and maintain ongoing engagement with existing clients to build long-term relationships.
Feedback Monitoring and Analysis: Collect and analyze customer feedback to support planning and improvement of EUC offerings.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of proposals, customer interactions, and sales support activities. What We're Looking For

Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years’ experience in a business development or pre-sales role, must be in IT or EUC services
Exposure to client engagement, sales support, or vendor coordination
Familiarity with EUC technologies and workplace solutions
Basic understanding of IT solution pricing and service models
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Team player with proactive problem-solving ability
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Fast learner with adaptability to changing business needs

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
