About the Role
You will play a key role in supporting the Sales & Business Development team, driving concession sales for global and leading group in Singapore. This will involve hands-on exposure to the inner workings of a marketplace platform, from driving sales & marketing initiatives, resolving operational issues, and managing cross-functional stakeholders.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Support merchant acquisition efforts for the company's platform, including prospecting, negotiating and onboarding.
- Take on the key account manager role for a portfolio of merchants. This includes actively tracking sales performance of your accounts, analysing data to derive insights, and conducting regular business reviews to further drive sales.
- Assist in monthly business reporting activities.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to execute campaigns, resolve operational issues and address customer queries.
- Support ad-hoc projects related to platform improvements, customer experience, and operation efficiency.
- Diploma/Degree holder with 2-3 years of ecommerce, merchandising or relevant experience.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic Microsoft Powerpoint & Excel skills preferred.
