Key responsibilities

• Perform allocated audit procedures for Australian SMSF audit files, following
• ASF Audits’ methodology, instructions, and quality standards.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and well-documented working papers and audit files.
• Identify missing information, inconsistencies, and potential issues, and raise
• them promptly with the appropriate reviewer or team lead.
• Manage assigned work to agreed deadlines, quality expectations, and
• priorities.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues in Malaysia and Australia, including
• asking questions when requirements are unclear.
• Follow data-security, confidentiality, and workplace procedures.
• Participate in onboarding, technical training, coaching, and ongoing
• development.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team and support continuous
• improvement as processes and technology evolve.

Skills and experience

• With 5 years of working experience
• Degree or relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or a related discipline;
• equivalent practical experience may be considered.
• Experience in accounting, audit, assurance, or a related financial service
• role, appropriate to the level.
• Strong attention to detail and organized work habits.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, collaborate with colleagues, and seek guidance
• when needed.
• Professional handling of confidential financial information.
