Job Description
- Assist with treasury counterparty onboarding and static maintenance requests within the Treasury Management System.
- Handle SWIFT message routing and escalations for AML screening.
- Manage the bank’s Relationship Management Application in SWIFT.
- Reconcile the bank’s nostro, suspense, intersystem and internal accounts and escalate breaks to stakeholders for resolution.
- Perform loan administration tasks, including gathering and analyzing customer bank statements for loan applications.
- Collaborate closely with the credit risk team to perform credit maintenance functions such as credit monitoring and limit updates.
- Support and execute account maintenance requests, including updating bank static data and customer information.
- Assist with system testing and other ad hoc tasks when required.
- A Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in banking operations.
- Experience in Treasury/Payment operations or Reconciliation will be an advantage
- Attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Responsible and good team player
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace and MS Office (Excel, Word)
