Previous experience as a waiter, service crew, or restaurant staff is an advantage.

Experience in F&B industry is preferred but not mandatory.

Good customer service and communication skills.

Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.

Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Able to work under pressure during busy hours.

Well-groomed and maintain professional appearance.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Able to stand for long periods and perform restaurant duties.

Possess own transportation is an advantage.

Night shifts / Noon shifts

Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Assist customers with menu selections, provide recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages.

Take accurate customer orders and communicate orders clearly to the kitchen team.

Serve food and beverages according to restaurant service standards.

Ensure customers receive excellent service throughout their dining experience.

Handle customer requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.

Prepare tables before customers arrive and clear tables after customers leave.

Ensure food presentation and service quality meet Pepper Western’s standards.

Assist in restocking utensils, beverages, and service equipment.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures at all times.

Work closely with kitchen crew and team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
