1. Operations Management
- Lead and oversee daily operational activities to ensure all accommodation units meet company quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor manpower deployment to optimize operational efficiency and control labor costs.
- Supervise team performance, provide feedback, and identify training and development needs.
- Develop, implement, and improve operational SOPs, checklists, and quality standards.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and operational procedures.
2. Quality Control & Performance Monitoring
- Conduct regular inspections of accommodation units and facilities to ensure they meet company standards and are ready before guest check-in.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to maintain consistent service quality.
- Monitor task completion, team productivity, and recurring quality issues.
- Work closely with other department teams to resolve operational issues and guest complaints promptly.
- Prepare operational and quality reports, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
3. Inventory & Stock Management
- Establish and enforce inventory control procedures, including par levels, FIFO (First In, First Out), stock issuance, and replenishment.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies, linens, amenities, and equipment to ensure sufficient stock availability.
- Review and approve purchase requests in accordance with company procedures and coordinate with Procurement and Finance for ordering.
- Monitor stock consumption, wastage, and usage trends to optimize inventory levels and control operational costs.
- Conduct regular stock checks and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate inventory records and stock movement documentation are maintained.
4. Data Analysis & Cost Control
- Review weekly and monthly consumption reports and operational data.
- Analyze usage patterns, manpower productivity, and operational costs to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of operational records, inventory data, and performance reports.
- Use data to support budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and cost-control initiatives.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to management.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
