Job summary

The Brand Design Specialist leads the visual identity of the brand, creating high-quality designs that are consistent, engaging and aligned with brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

·       Develop visual directions, mood boards and art direction for campaigns.

·       Design key visuals for advertising, social media, packaging, print and digital channels.

·       Maintain and update the brand visual guidelines.

·       Brief and guide photographers, videographers and freelance designers.

·       Keep up to date with design trends and introduce new visual ideas.

·       Review creative output to ensure quality and brand consistency.

Requirements

·       Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field.

·       1to 3 years of experience in graphic design or art direction.

·       Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Figma.

·      A strong portfolio demonstrating design range and concept development.

·       Keen eye for colour, typography, layout and composition.
