Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience

Fluent in English and Chinese

Knows Microsoft office (Words, Excel, Outlook etc)

Support the operational day-to-day activities

Do cold calling to customers

Prepare delivery order, invoice and other relevant documents

Ordering stock

Assist other dept

Assist in daily routine operations eg. handle phone calls (screening and forwarding incoming calls) and taking messages and inquiries.

Carry any other ac-hoc sales admin duties and operational support as and when required or assigned by Manager
