Carry out and coordinate daily site surveying and setting-out activities in accordance with project drawings and specifications.
Establish and verify survey points, benchmarks, reference lines and levels at the construction site.
Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers and production personnel to ensure surveying works align with construction progress.
Operate and maintain surveying equipment, including Total Stations and levelling instruments, and report any equipment issues.
Assist in preparing shop drawings, as-built survey drawings and related site measurement records.
Perform setting-out works and check actual site conditions against approved construction drawings.
Take and record survey measurements accurately and ensure all required information is submitted on time.
Attend site coordination meetings and communicate with clients on site surveying matters.
Conduct periodic site checks to verify dimensions, levels and alignment as part of quality control.
Carry out other related tasks assigned by the project team.
