ROLE JOB SCOPE

- Greet and serve customers in a friendly, polite, and professional manner.

- Explain the menu and assist customers in making their selections.

- Actively engage in sales and upselling by recommending suitable menu items, add-ons, beverages, or promotions.

- Take customer orders quickly and accurately.

- Serve food and beverages and ensure customers receive their orders satisfactorily.

- Remain attentive to customer needs and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.

- Ensure tables, the dining area, and service areas are always clean, tidy, and organized.

- Assist in the smooth operation of the restaurant, especially during peak hours.

- Collaborate with the kitchen team, baristas, cashiers, and colleagues to ensure quality service.

- Adhere to operational SOPs, hygiene and food safety standards, and management instructions.

CANDIDATE CRITERIA

- Aged 25 years and above.

- Friendly, approachable personality with good customer communication skills.

- Neat, attractive, and professional appearance.

- Confident with strong communication skills.

- Skilled in sales/upselling and comfortable recommending products to customers.

- Active, energetic, and self-motivated.

- Able to work quickly and efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.

- Capable of working under pressure, especially during peak hours.

- Possesses a positive attitude and is disciplined, responsible, and punctual.

- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Experience in F&B, customer service, retail, or sales is an advantage. THE CANDIDATE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an individual who can do more than just perform Service Crew duties—someone who enjoys interacting with customers, possesses a strong service mindset, works efficiently, and has a sales-oriented approach.

Priority will be given to candidates with F&B experience and strong customer service and upselling skills.

Pay: Up to RM2,000.00 per month
