Assessment

• Design, administer, and grade assessments according to university guidelines.
• Provide timely, constructive, and developmental feedback.
• Conduct moderation and assessment reviews as required.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-7 years of industry and/or teaching experience in business management.
• Strong understanding of strategic planning and organizational management.
• Experience teaching adult learners and tertiary-level students.

Preferred Qualifications

• Teaching experience in higher education or adult learning.
• Adult education certification, such as:
• Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)

Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)

• Experience in entrepreneurship, business consulting, or senior management roles.
• Experience with international or transnational higher education programmes.
